Multi-Chef Private Estate Dinner

Guided Kaupo Hunting & Foraging Camping Trip + Private Dinner
with Chef Brian Etheredge (2 Hunters + Spouses)
Connecting to your food sources extends beyond the garden in this 2-day/ 1-night package featuring a guided hunt on Kaupo Ranch’s 8,000+ acres of pristine land on Haleakala’s leeward slope. As part of the ranch’s game management program and conservation efforts, each hunter is allowed to hunt a male or female Axis deer, Polynesian feral goat, and pig. The two-day hunt—either bow or rifle—is guided by Kaupo hunter and Maui native Robin Kean.

Guests will return to the historic Kaupo Ranch house for a dinner prepared by award-winning Chef Brian Etheredge of Capische? and Il Teatro restaurants in Wailea. An avid hunter, Chef Etheredge shares his tips on preparing a gourmet dinner using wild exotic game caught on the ranch. Hunters must have a valid State of Hawaii hunting license.
