Chef Craig Dryhurst is a big fan of the school garden programs because he’s seen first hand how it inspires kids to eat healthy, learn and play outdoors. His daughter is a school gardener at Kamali’i Elementary School and her dad participates in Harvest Festivals and fundraising dinners to inspire future chefs and sustain the programs.
