Part of our Kumu Mea Kanu project, these kits are designed for 2nd-3rd grade and build off the original Grow Kits.
Students will learn how the food we eat has powerful effects on us and the world we live in. It is our hope that this project will prepare keiki to make sound food choices and to consider the significance of how the food we eat affects the health of our bodies, the community and the planet.
At the end of the 6 week project, students have the opportunity to donate their plants back to Grow Some Good to be redistributed to members of our Maui community.
