🌱 Fund Garden Education on Maui 🌱
Your Gift Helps Support Maui Keiki’s Garden Education
This Giving Tuesday, your impact will grow twice as strong!
Makena Golf & Beach Club is generously matching all gifts up to $5,000, doubling your support for garden education for Maui keiki (kids).
We’re aiming to raise $5,000, which will be matched dollar-for-dollar to reach $10,000—enough to sustain garden classes for students across Maui County. Your donation directly supports the supplies, educator time, and hands-on learning that serve 8,000+ students at more than 20 schools. These classes help keiki grow real food, build healthy habits, and deepen their lifelong connection to the ʻāina (land).
For many local families, food insecurity remains a daily challenge, and too many keiki lack consistent access to fresh, healthy food. Grow Some Good’s school garden program empowers students to nourish themselves, care for the land, and strengthen Hawaiʻi’s long-term food security—one garden at a time. These experiences spark curiosity, build confidence, and nurture the next generation of environmental stewards.
